Tools for reviewing progress

Most learners in Sport and fitness welcome discussion about:

  • improving their performance
  • deepening their practice; and
  • how they are applying their learning outside the classroom.

We illustrate two approaches to reviewing progress that will:

  • involve learners in playing an active part in the process
  • require minimal use of pen and paper
  • build into a record of achievement that learners can celebrate
  • give you some good insights into how to plan further learning activities to help learners improve and deepen their practice
  • help learners decide where they want to head next; and
  • provide evidence that you are meeting the requirements of RARPA and the standards set by other external bodies.

You can adapt or develop them to suit your own particular circumstances.
