Designing a screening process
This resource will help you design a 'readiness-to-exercise' screening process that both you and learners will find useful.
It consists of an activity to help you decide what information you need to gather from learners, some important guidance and some templates that you can adapt for your own purposes. But please consult your manager about any changes you would like to make to your organisation's current practices.
The resource could also be used within a facilitated or mentored CPD session to promote discussion about effective practice and to bring about changes in current practice at organisational level.
