Key principles of Adult Learning
This resource encourages tutors to identify the key principles underlying Adult Learning and then to develop the appropriate strategies for tutoring, instructing or facilitating. This will get it right for the learners and make learning relevant, challenging and enjoyable whilst meeting individual needs.
The activity is offered in interactive form for individual users, and as a series of web pages for printing off and using as a CPD activity within a group or individual coaching session.
